4 oz. of basmati rice
4 oz. of mixed vegetables (choose your favorite vegetables)
1 oz. of beef strips
1 oz. of sesame ginger sauce (rice wine vinegar, soya sauce, ginger puree, garlic puree, red chili flakes)
Add rice to pot and cook for 10-15 minutes
While rice is cooking, Sautée your favourite veggies until tender. Our favourite are root veggies.
Cooked beef thoroughly -light pink or no pink at all (depending on preference)
Once beef is close to done, heat sauce and add meat. Lasly add veggies to sauce and serve all over rice.
