Employee’s Delivering Great Experiences – March 19th

On March 19th the Hospitality Division gathered to recognize this seasons EDGE award winners. The 10 recipients acknowledged this quarter were all nominated by their peers for exhibiting a superior level of service to not only our guests but also their fellow employees.

Some examples of the stories we heard included everything from assisting other departments without being asked, turning negatives into positives, giving their reservation to a stranded guest, and brightening a mini guests day, to translating a training manual to Spanish, calling CAA for a guest, offering to change a guests tire, and possible life saving actions!

All our those that received awards are exceptional examples of going above and beyond in their jobs and the EDGE committee was delighted to acknowledge them.
