On Wednesday August 30th the team at Blue Mountain celebrated the end of the Move It Outside Challenge! Together over the summer we moved a total of 158, 782 minutes OUTSIDE! We also celebrated the top 3 movers of the summer. Congrats Blue!
On August 16th we hosted over 400 employees from all departments Summer and Winter, for our annual Staff Beach Party! It was the perfect day to celebrate all of the hard work our employees contribute year after year. We had amazing food, perfect weather, fun activities and great people all around-what more could you ask for.
On Monday June 26th Blue Mountain hosted our annual DGE (Delivering Great Experiences) Expo. This is a fun and insightful trade show style event for employees to gain more knowledge about other departments and to celebrate their accomplishments. On Wednesday June 21st, Blue Mountain hosted its first Staff Bubble Soccer Tournament. We had 16 teams across the resort partake in the Bubble Madness but only one team prevailed-it came down to our Kitchens and Housekeeping teams and it was Housekeeping who pulled though with a victory!
