Participant and/or Minor Participant (each defined below) is guest of the Resort and has agreed to be filmed, recorded, photographed, or otherwise have his/her image or likeness captured by the Resort (the “Captured Images”). Participant, on his/her own behalf, and on behalf of Minor Participant (if applicable), hereby grants to the Resort, its employees, agents, licensees, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, sponsors and partners (collectively, the “Beneficiaries”) the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use, edit, distribute and publish in whole or in part in any and all media now or hereafter devised and for any purpose whatsoever throughout the world in perpetuity any of the Captured Images that the Resort, or any of the Beneficiaries, may take of Participant, and/or Minor Participant. Participant, on his/her own behalf, and on behalf of Minor Participant (if applicable), hereby releases and discharges the Beneficiaries from any and all claims and demands arising or which might arise out of or in connection with the Beneficiaries’ use or distribution of any of the Captured Images, including without limitation any and all demands for compensation and claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
