Whether they’re racing their way through the trails at Bike Skills Camp, or running their way through Multi-Sport Skills Camp, we have something fun for every active kid. There’s still spots available for August, so sign up your camper today!
2. QE Trivia Night
All those years of watching Jeopardy on the couch with your Dad have led you to this point – it’s time for another Question Everything Trivia Night! Hosted at the beautiful Summitview Pavilion at the top of the Mountain on Thursday July 28th, join us for a night full of food, facts, and fun that you don’t want to miss. Grab a group of your best fact-finding besties and book a table here to reserve your spot. See you there!
3. Visit Blue Mountain Supply Co.
Relive your visit to Blue Mountain with some of our custom gear from Blue Mountain Supply Co. Find awesome swag to rep the Mountain all year long, or bring home a momento to your bestie and make them supes jealous they missed out on the best stay of the summer. They’re open daily from 10am-9pm!
4. Call for Art Submissions
We’re inviting professional artists to submit proposals for a large-scale, outdoor, three-dimensional public artwork to be displayed at the top of Blue Mountain. The artwork should capture an appreciation and celebration for Indigenous cultures and communities. The selected artwork will stand as a four-season instalment where guests can gather to reflect on our relationship to the land, with appreciation of its original stewards, the Indigenous Peoples of Canada. The selected artist will be awarded a prize of $5,000 as well as commissioning for the piece within the scope of about $30,000 depending on the piece. To learn more or apply by this Thursday July 21st, visit here.
5. Guided Hikes
With over 30km of trails to explore on the Mountain, it can be a little intimidating going solo. That’s why we offer a few guided hiking experiences this Summer where you can learn the trails and meet new people while getting active! Check out our Explore Blue Hiking Series, hosted every other Tuesday night until August 23rd at 6:30pm by Columbia Ambassador Laura Murray. She’ll teach you the ropes of hiking at Blue and help guide you into trail running. If day hikes are more your jam, meet up with Columbia Ambassador Ollie on Fridays at 10am at the Columbia store in the Village for a laid back guided hike through some of our best trails. If you’re busy both of those times, why not book your own guided Hiking & Charcuterie experience with a group of friends, ending at Summitview Pavilion where you’ll enjoy a delicious charcuterie board. Visit our events page for more details on Explore Blue and Hike With Columbia, and visit or call Guest Services to book your Hiking & Charcuterie experience during your next stay.
