Your Winter Bucket List

Now that the snow and temperatures are falling, it’s time to cross off your winter bucket list and get ready for the season at Blue Mountain Resort. Here’s our recommended
checklist to help you get started.

GET YOUR SEASON PASS

Most importantly, you’ll want to have your season pass ready to go. If you’ve already purchased a 5×7® pass, you can pick it up at Guest Services at the Resort.
If you still need to upload your pass photo or sign your waiver form, we recommending taking care of it now so you can head straight to the hill and not wait in the ticket line.

There is still time to get a 5×7® pass for the season. With this pass, you can take advantage of riding midweek from open to close (with minimal holiday restrictions) or during weekend nights.

You can also take advantage of Blue Mountain’s Double Down. Get the best price on two, unrestricted, Day/Night lift tickets and enjoy the slopes on your time.
You can purchase your Double Down for only $124* until December 13th. That’s a savings of up to $64** on lift tickets. These make fantastic holiday gifts!

There is also still time to get an Ikon Pass or Ikon Base Pass. These two pass options offer access to 37 of the most iconic destinations on the planet. Each pass gives unlimited access to Blue Mountain all season. They’re available until December 13th. Visit Ikon Pass to purchase.

GET YOUR GEAR

Another important thing to add to your winter to-do list? Making sure you’re properly outfitted for the season. Does your ski jacket still fit? Have your kids outgrown their skis? If you need new apparel for your ski or snowboard season, Red Devil Sports has you covered. You can find active wear and gear for all four seasons from some of the world’s best brands, including Patagonia and Roots. You can also find stylish winter apparel at The North Face, Columbia Sportswear and Lifted, all conveniently located at Blue Mountain Resort.

If you find yourself in need of ski or board equipment you’re also in luck. Check out Hillside Outfitters in the Activity Central Building facing the Silver Bullet Chairlift.

TUNE UP YOUR SKIS AND BOARDS

If you’re happy with the skis and snowboards you own, it’s a good idea to get them tuned up while you wait for the lifts to open. Storing your gear between seasons can lead to some wear and tear.  Visit our ski and snowboard full-service repair shop in the Activity Central Building to get your equipment checked out, damage repaired and tuned up for a better experience on the hill.

BOOK YOUR TRIP

It’s never too early to book your stay and plan the details of your ski trip. Blue Mountain Resort offers 12 top hotel destinations, including over 1,000 mountainside rooms to choose from.
