Assistant Manager, Grounds Maintenance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cPatty has been the Grounds Assistant Manager for over a year and a half. Before that, she joined Blue as a Grounds Supervisor. One of Patty\u2019s favourite parts of her role is working alongside her team to create beautiful gardens throughout the resort, taking particular pride in major garden overhauls. During the winter season, Patty enjoys the intricacy of snow-removal operations and the opportunity to learn the wide range of equipment used within the department.\u201d \u2013 Victor Garcia, Manager, Grounds Maintenance<\/p>\n\n\n\n Supervisor, Events<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cJessica has been our Event Operations Supervisor for the past two years, and she\u2019s a major reason our events run so smoothly. Jessica is always teaming up with different departments across the resort to make sure everything comes together perfectly. You\u2019ll usually spot her with a big smile, a drill in hand, and the kind of energy that lifts everyone around her. She\u2019s all about good music, great vibes, and making sure our participants have an awesome experience every time!\u201d \u2013 Ben Carleton, Manager, Event and Mountain Operations<\/p>\n\n\n\n Coordinator, Parts & Service<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cRebeca Kozaris has been Equipment Maintenances\u2019 Parts & Service Coordinator for a little over 3 years, and prior to that, Rebecca enjoyed many postings with Ontario Parks. Her favourite activities are outdoors, whether it be camping, hiking, or enjoying the beach, you can be sure she\u2019s outside. She is committed to ensuring everyone\u2019s work vehicles or equipment are repaired and returned, and that her shop family has everything they need to do their job!\u201d \u2013 Justin Woodhouse, Manager, Equipment Maintenance<\/p>\n\n\n\n Groomer Operator<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cRianna has been a Groomer Operator for the past two winters and prior to that, she worked with the Skate Maintenance team. Rianna has shared that it\u2019s pretty awesome pushing out big piles of snow, but her favourite part of her job is at the end of her shift\u2014when the sun is rising, she looks across the hill at everything that\u2019s been groomed and shaped perfectly, and she knows she had a hand in it.\u201d \u2013 Brandon Hindle, Assistant Manager, Slope Maintenance <\/p>\n\n\n\n Chef De Cuisine<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cMeet Chef Jhi, an extraordinary leader and mentor who has become an irreplaceable part of our kitchen leadership team. Known for her strength, creativity, and unwavering commitment to excellence, Jhi sets the standard in our kitchen every single day. Her dedication to teaching and developing her team is at the heart of who she is. Jhi invests her time, knowledge, and patience into helping each of us grow, always leading with compassion and never losing sight of the people behind the work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What truly sets Jhi apart is how deeply she cares for her staff. She supports them, challenges them, and believes in them. Her years of commitment to Blue Mountain have helped build the solid foundation that keeps The Banquet and our quick service teams thriving. Mary Jane Thomas worked at Blue Mountain for 22 years and made history as the first full-time female ski patroller. She was also one of the first women working in operations, at all. Among her many contributions, Mary Jane played a key role in helping to advance the snowmaking program that remains essential to our mountain today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n At a time when ski patrol and operational roles were traditionally held by men, Mary Jane stepped forward with determination, skill, and a deep passion for Blue. Her leadership and expertise helped pave the way for more women to pursue careers in mountain operations and safety.\u201d \u2013 Rob Sheridan, Senior Director, Mountain Maintenance<\/p>\n\n\n\n It takes an incredible team to bring the Blue Mountain experience to life every day.
